Call yourself busy when you’re unable to update your blog even if you’ve just gone to some new place and had an awesome experience lately (like some two weeks ago). All you could do is upload some low-res version of your pics on Friendster and hoping in some way to your network friends may notice your new photos on the update section of their profile. (Thus, LOL @ the title, what an attention whore!)

May I post just some random pictures to give you an idea about what’s been going on with me for the past few days?
Pleads guilty not only to UFO catcher mania but also to peso pusher machines addiction!

One month from now, I’m turning 25. I’m THAT old yep, a quarter century egg. This post will yet again be the customary materialistic rant about what stuff I’d like to have on my birthday~ (I’ve been doing this since when I was about to turn 23.) And for you people to know that I too have my birthday and I’ll be glad to take your treat.
Since last year was made memorable as my birth date itself by a generous Santa/Genie who granted one of my wishes, I’m almost hoping that it’ll be better this year ’cause I’m turning Silver… It’s my turn to be the Silver Gurl, y’know? (Uncle was Golden Boy when he turned 50, it must be in the blood.) Fluffy, you hear that? Joke lang ’cause I know we’re broke.

Today’s the fourth day of my unemployment. Day 4 out of 10 actually, since I’ll be starting with my new job on the 16th. I just thought that I should be enjoying every moment of it, was even daydreaming I went home (Bicol) and spent some days with the grandparents. But some stuff just don’t fail to bother me - requirements for a bank loan, my clearance from my previous job, requirements for my next job and what have you.
It would have been easy if I would just be allowed to tear original documents into pieces and pass them off as valid copies for the requirements. Problem is, the all wanted THE original copy. *Sigh*
I shouldn’t be bothered by such trivial things, that’s what I keep telling myself. I should be RELAXING and LIVING my bum days even for just a while.

Goodbyes aren’t always easy to say. I had to wait until the clock reads 5:00 PM until I was able to click that “Send” button. I thought it would be as easy as leaving the office after the conclusion of a day’s work. Mixed feelings came after they called me to the 5th level and surprised me with a “goodbye” Goldilocks rainbow cake. I was touched by the gesture. Had I waited for another year to say it, tears would have drowned me.
I have never really attached myself emotionally with the (client) company, as I know people in my profession experience situations like this every so often and I know I tend to be over-sentimental sometimes. But yesterday, the overflowing emotions surprised me.
To say the least, I’m happy to have worked with some of the most smart (pun intended), hard-working and responsible people I’ve met. (Not to mention such thoughtful people.) The corporate culture in the company is something I admire. No wonder it’s one of the top companies in the country. I hope to meet more of them in my future work. And who knows, we might work together again someday.
Thank you so much and best wishes.

Truth is, I don’t know how to start *writing* again except for giving bits of details about my life.
Next week is my last week at my current work. I’m still pondering whether it’s wise to move places after the job jump.
I’m sooo wanting to get a sort of “make-over” for this significant career transition… but… I have other things to spend for.
My family is the best! Papa celebrates his 82nd birthday today. (But his litanies grow proportional with age.) Dad/Mom lent me moniez to finance my dream hauz. And Fluffy is just the best of the best, thanks for always being there. (Sister visited me to borrow my
unused makeup kit, bleh!)
After 6 years, ADMU gains UAAP Men’s Basketball Championship! One big fight! I remember 6 years ago, I bought that championship shirt and an Alvarez #10 jersey, I was a raving fan of the Blue Eagles (and of Wesley Gonzales). I even entertained my elementary classmates (from other universities), also fans of the Blue Eagles, who visited the campus to buy stuff at the boutique.
Edit: Philippine Blog Awards 2008 is over. Congratulations to the organizers (again) and to the winners!
I was pretty much with them (in spirit) during the awards night while watching the live streaming. Though the feed wasn’t perfect, it was fun chatting anonymously with fellow watchers.
Gomen~! That’s all I have for now. Well, you can always add me (while I’m Aiza Seguerra) at Plurk.

The first and last time I’ll ever probably mention of these two
Insofar as my strict, modest upbringing is concerned I’ve committed sacrilege when I admit that he says all that I’m not able to enunciate.
Hope his star quality rise up a notch after this. (I’m a fan gurl… err… NO)
I’m also particularly happy that The Bibliophile Stalker made it as finalist to the Best Hobby/Recreation Category, as well as Nanan Santamaria’s Photoblog. Congrats guys!
On the other hand, thanks again to the efforts of the Philippine Blog Awards organizers that we’re able to witness yet another milestone in the Philippine’s blogging history.
