Midnight to early-morning bingeing

I noticed a great shift in my body clock this week. Waking up at 7 am is something against my initial plan of waking at 6. And then I go back home from work at 6:30, an hour later than my schedule, exhausted and uninterested at anything. I usually take a nap, then the TV [...]

Promise of the potato diet

As if you’d like to know, I’m telling you now that my potato diet works!
For around a month now, I tried my best to keep myself away from eating rice and other high-calorie food like my favorite fast food meals. That’s because my medical exam result is screaming, “you are 12 lbs overweight“!
I [...]

Fluffy and I bought ready-to-eat green leafy veggies yesterday at a stall in Market Market! on our way home. That was the third time we dropped by that area to purchase similar product and the second time we came by that particular stall. Guilty bingeing

Ooops, I did it again. I don’t want to sound like Britney Spears here. Unfortunately, I couldn’t keep my eyes from that chicharon (fried cracklings from pig skin and fat) pack displayed on our canteen’s stall. After munching on 2 packs of EAJI chips, with free dips of salsa & mayo, Fluffy and I helped [...]

Click, pasta & bread

Click is beautiful! (So is Kate Beckinsale - I love her!) Both fans of Adam Sandler movies, Fluffy and I ditched watching Sukob and opted for said comedy movie instead during yesterday’s LMF at Market!². It was such a spontaneous decision that we both dropped what we promised about giving a chance / supporting [...]
