Albay vacation: Dhio Endheka and Mayon Resthouse

I refuse to blame our 2-day vacation in Bicol for causing me another round of malfunctioning senses because I had colds and cough since then.

Slippery Steps
Not that we took 103 of these slippery steps just to get at the bottom of the mountain where the pool of spring water lies.
Dhio Endheka Spring Resort
Nor bathed in the cold spring water.
Stranded since reming
Nor frolicked inside the stranded boat.
Big wiwi
I lied. We did.
Land and sky
It could be that we climbed so high up the foot of Mayon.
Sky view from Mayon Resthouse
And we’re mesmerized by the sea of air below.
From Mayon's foot
And we got so close to it. Almost there.
Friendly kids at the foot of Mayon
It couldn’t be the smiles left by these kids who wave at tourists passing. They’re infectious as they’re momentous.

Photos were taken by Kitzr. He’s got an unbelievably better view than me.

Thanks to Ninang for the great food and treat at Dhio Endheka Spring Resort in Buang, Tabaco, Albay and to Uncle for the drive to Mayon Resthouse. You guys are the best! :)
