I took the liberty of copying Kyameel’s meme on remembering the year 2007. (And altering it to fit my blog. :D)

• January

  I just found the right solution with Math Comment Spam Protection plugin, which I bet has the same function as those image verifying plugins. (I was busy turning the blog into how it currently looks now.)

• February

  I myself am not very pleased with how my “supposed” domain transfer is taking place. (Blaming the slow domain transfer for degenerated blogging momentum.) ;^^

• March

  Two reasons to celebrate. First is passing the SCJP certification exam. (Yay! It’s time to update the resumé!) Second is passing the PFT (although barely) despite a huge physical limitation.

• April

  It was a pretty night. I felt really blessed. (Still fresh from the Philippine Blog Awards)

• May

  Anyways for some news, I already voted. I mentioned before about Local Absentee Voting and yesterday, we did vote in the “comfort” of our office.

• June

  If words could make ears bleed, ours must be profusely bleeding since the other night. It was a case of miscommunication, perhaps, but definitely not power-tripping. But we totally deserve it.

• July

  Our week-long trip to Bicol was fantastic. We went there on a “mission”, to install computers and instruct soldiers on how to use a particular system we developed. Knowing our organization, I was expecting the trip to cater least to our conveniences. My expectations failed me, miserably because we were almost always enjoying every minute of our stay there. Everyday was like a feast.

• August

  After EXACTLY one month of blogging pause, I’m able to write something on this piece of form again. It looks different now though. Not that I changed my WordPress Admin Theme, it’s because I disabled the stylesheet because I’m on a very creepingly slow connection.

• September

  If people have varying degrees of skills and intellect, they’re also different in the way they perceive and process information, in exhibiting emotions and in understanding. However, I believe in a condensing point where everyone can settle their differences, IF they are willing to lessen damage brought by the conflict. (Learning anger management)

• October

  Today marks my second month in the corporate world. Not so much has changed, I’m still coping with work and finances, and controlling workaholic tendencies.

• November

  Last day last month, I forfeited half of my day’s work to catch up with a bus trip to Bicol.

• December

  Wow. It’s December already. Last week was tough. It was when I first experienced an earthquake inside a tall building. That’s when I first felt the threat of a political and military skirmish as a civilian. And I found out the reason why a gazillion of people are addicted to Heroes.

The snippets hardly suffice for retelling what indeed happened in the past 300+ days of the year. But like everyone else, it’s fun to look back and recall these events.
