Can’t help it!
I was about to declare myself winner over me. Huh? That’s until I saw the Oreo box, then Yakult, then those yogurts, then those Nova chips, then those Halloween candies…
So I lost around 400 bucks. If I only bought what’s on my to-buy list namely:
- 250g Hot dog
- potatoes
- apples
- hair conditioner
- toothpaste
- cotton buds
I shouldn’t have taken out that ATM card. The 500 peso cash in my wallet would have been more than enough to buy what I need. *sigh* Next time, I’d forget about that card and I’d try to live with what’s on my hands.

Argh. Why do you have to mention Oreos.. Now I’m craving for one. lol.
Ok lang magsplurge sa pagkain paminsan-minsan.
Aaargh! You sounded a bit like me, then. Us impulsive shoppers should go to some corrective seminar
@Joni: Hehe. True! But the occasional splurging becomes more frequent.
@Aileen: Meron kaya?
Now I want sweets so bad, lol
Oh, I love junk food… you’re making me hungry! Good luck on dropping your shopaholic syndrome.
Ditto with you on food. The key thing is to never go grocery shopping when you’re hungry, because everything will seem appealing to you. (:
Thankfully, I have pretty good self restraint when it comes to buying tidbits. Unfortunately, I don’t have the same amount of willpower when it comes to online shopping.
I am so with you there. If I take cash, I only spend what is there. If I have my debit card, I overspend and end up broke.
They seem to put all the goodies out right where you’ll pass ‘em, huh? That and obvious subliminal messages ;D. We all love our candy & chocolate, no doubt about that.
I can’t say I blame you - when has it ever ben possible to pass up oreos?
