Cureless

While walking towards the exit of the community where I live, Fluffy suddenly popped up a question which I honestly been wanting ask myself for quite a while now. What are your priorities? Then he enumerated the things he thought would concern me the most:

1. A new PC. My 3 1/2-year old laptop, Toshi, is still working great but I need something with a higher graphic card specs so I can play those free-to-play MMORPGS.
2. PSP. He just thinks I need this ’cause he wants one for himself too.
3. A new bed/sofa bed. The 3-month old sofa bed Mom helped me buy from SM during a sale doesn’t really give me much comfort now.

Guess what I told him? None of the above.

I’m so pressed right now with guilt over unnecessary expenses and careless spending sprees that it’d really hurt to consider those things that I may not need. To think that I’ve been quite capricious lately, constantly thinking about doing Home Improvements on my rented studio unit, without the budget for it. I’ve been so attacted to those home make-over stories on TV and the magazine, and dreaming about getting one myself.

On a related note, I think the space near the kitchen need some replacement windows. I couldn’t open them since I moved in. The owner (Dad) hasn’t really thought about that but I’m sure it’d really help ventilate the area. Our windows aren’t big and these casement windows from Anglian Home Improvements would nicely fit there.
