It’s amazing how the things you like doing as a side job or hobby get tiring when you do them nonstop for work. Also, giving blood gives me a liberated feeling. I know I’m doing something good even if it’s the very least I can do to help someone.

I’m self-employed freelancer (by choice… got out of the rat race 2 years ago when I realized I hated being a manager and climbing up the ladder).

I hate that kind of environment where bosses of one’s immediate superior just go up to you and tell you to drop everything that one’s immediate boss has assigned to you. I left that crap behind.

My answer was always, “Well, did you discuss this with (insert name of my immediate boss). If not, let’s have a quick meeting to figure out which projects have more priority.”

Multitasking, contrary to popular belief, is not always efficient. It’s for people who don’t know how to say no or don’t know how to prioritize, hehe.
