Pop! goes my heart…

You’ve probably heard that catchy 80’s music inspired video in the movie, Music and Lyrics. And I think it’s currently on my LSS. A week ago, Fluffy was so insistent in watching the movie but I preferred watching Blood Diamond instead, which I didn’t finish, by the way. And so he alone finished it. But last Friday, I thought I would like to give it a chance so I watched it with Fluffy since he never gets tired of repeatedly viewing his favorites.

I’m never really a fan of date movies but I really liked Music and Lyrics. Fluffy loves watching movies like these and he’s just got to categorize it among his favorites like 50 First Dates, which also stars Drew Barrymore. I have to say that she’s really naturally cute. And if her co-star, Hugh Grant lives as an actor in the Philippines, he has probably done lots of platinum-selling records because of the vocal prowess he displayed in the movie. I mean, he could sing like a pro and you know what happens when actors/actresses can barely sing in the country. Piolo Pascual, anyone? :)

    I wasn’t into the movie but I loved Pop Goes My Heart. Campy fun. lol

    I haven’t seen the movie yet. ;_; The other song got stuffed in my head though… “Way Back Into Love”. :]

    And I do agree, when I listened to the song, my jaw dropped to the floor and it got me thinking, “Who IS this?!” XD

    (and I love 50 First Dates!!! The movie soundtrack is AWESOME!)

    Blood Diamond, my brother also wants to see the movie, but we had an alternative of SHREK 3 along with POTC3 :)

    Hmm.. movie’s always have the best music :)

    i saw the movie Music and Lyrics yesterday, and i like it very much. i am a fan of both drew barrymore and hugh grant. the song Way Back into Love, even before i saw the movie has recall, the kids love it.

    @Ann: Yes, indeed. :D I think of the other songs that way as well.

    @michan: I could say the same with M&L, except that as Ann said, some songs were made deliberately funny. (I’m currently memorizing “Way Back into Love… shhh…)

    I love love pop goes my heart and Hugh Grant is so cute.I watched the movie the other night it was so neat I had to keep my eyes open
