Exactly, how does it feel to be “ripped-off” of ideas? More so, to be “ripped-off” of your “physical” designs? Ugh. Take a look a this. Open a new browser tab, navigate to this page and make sure you are able to compare the two. Notice the difference?
The only difference I could see are the James Bond-related background images. If ThemeViewer has employed more moderators to “keep down” the volume of theme rip-offs, perhaps this one was cunning enough like James Bond to get past their scrutiny.
Honestly, I wouldn’t fret this much if the creator of this rip-off theme had the courtesy to modify the CSS of the original theme. Dude, it’s not easy to code these things.
UPDATE: Got this email from the maintainer of ThemeViewer, TheUndersigned:
Thanks for the notice, the theme has been deleted.
Thanks for the quick action.

Exact rip off of your theme, the ripper’s site has even more themes based on the same CSS. But you’re not alone, today a smurf rereleased my theme (new yorker) without permission and sponsor links, which I don’t accept in any way.
