Sex, drugs & Naruto?

My officemate’s slogan. Nevermind the first two words of the title. But Naruto? I’m wondering how Naruto manga has built such a very large and diverse reading base? I understand that among these are the otakus (i.e. die-hard fans), anime/manga fans, and those who watch anime and read manga (note that I separate this from [...]

To err is human

Even the SCJP examiners overlooked the following:

Like wha? I was totally troubled after reading the code above. How come the static methods are able to access the instance (non-static) variable? I re-read the previous chapter and typed and compiled the code on my own.

I got my $30 ReviewMe check today at the post office! Actually, they already called me up last week. I didn’t find time so I went there today. I was also expecting something else so I [...]

Aggregating my favorite blogs on Technorati

I’ve never seriously used the main function of Technorati except to track the sites that are using my two WordPress themes. Now, I guess I already will.
Technorati is a humungous aggregator of weblogs. I find its function similar to the Livejournal’s friends page. As LJ users would know, it’s where the latest journal posts of [...]
