Is there actually such a thing? Cause if there is, I recommend that our office should get one for the barracks. If there is still none, I suggest that inventors follow my former classmate’s idea of a cigarette smoke’s suppressor. The smoker wears a closed helm that enables him/her to breathe and smoke but all the bad gas is trapped inside the device so only him/herself can inhale his/her own smoke. I’d like to try the same idea for these people who cannot simply control their voices when everyone’s trying to get a good night sleep.
