Knorr recipe: Pork Chops Oriental

Ingredients:
- 1 kg pork chops (around 7 to 8 pcs)
- 70 g cream of mushroom powder
- 1/4 cup cooking oil
- 1 tsp garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tsp ginger, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1 cup water
Procedure:
- Dissolve 1/2 pouch of cream of mushroom powder in water, then set aside.
- Marinate the pork chops in soy sauce, garlic, ginger, pineapple juice and the remaining cream of mushroom mix for about 3 minutes.
- Pan fry the pork chops in oil and set aside.
- Put the remaining marinade and the dissolved cream of mushroom powder in a pan and bring to boil.
- Add the pork chops into the pan. Lower the heat and simmer for 10 to 12 minutes
- That’s it and eat!
Despite the fact that I received 3 cook/recipe books as gifts last Christmas (one from Fluffy and two from the kris kringle), I’d still like to post some of the recipes I tried, as reference for myself. Besides, other cooking enthusiasts on the net might also be interested. ![]()
