Our PFT is on Friday. I need to beat another 19 minutes of myself. We’ve been practising the 2-mile run for the past two days and I’m still 10 or more seconds short. 
From experience I could tell that the actual test is different - your body is tensed all over that you’ll hear your heart beating. Next thing you know is you’re running faster than your practice runs. I hope it goes this way on Friday.
