Busy mid of June

The past weeks have been unbelievably busy for me & my fluffy’s both personal & social lives.

In BetweenTwo weeks ago, I hinted that I’m wanting to visit the SM Mall of Asia, another monumental infrastructure in the country. (Read: largest mall in the country & 3rd largest in the world) Fluffy “willingly” shall I put quotes in there? I think yes ;^^ obliged so we went there with two of our buddies. For me, the best feature of the mall would be the overpass at the back of the mall, facing the Manila Bay. It could have been a scenic spot. The gray waters however took away the view. Still, thank goodness, the breeze didn’t reel us with stink.

IsabelaFollowing that weekend, Fluffy spent the days at Isabela while I was perpetually free in the office, modifying and uploading stuff on my server to update the site. When he came back, we watched The Omen. I couldn’t say more than two things about it except that it was one creepy movie as I was hiding most of the time. And it was better a film than The Da Vinci Code.

Kawaii ChiiThen came Saturday, we went to SM Megamall, met with my college friends to attend the Toy Convention. I saw one kickass creative Cloud Strife cosplayer who used the soft broom’s golden strands as his headgear (Cloud’s hair). The funny thing was Fluffy posed beside a transvestite Chobits Chii cosplayer. :P We could have stayed longer to be with JB for a movie but we were too tired since we’ve gone from Fort Bonifacio to San Mateo then to Ortigas. We then had a dinner with his family at SM Southmall. (I’ve been mentioning 3 SM’s now ;))

On Sunday, we attended our former colleagues’ baby’s christening in Quezon City. Such a cute little one. I rested the whole after the event.

Monday was Fluffy’s birthday. ;) Since he spent his vacation leave at home, I thought I might surprise him with a little chocolate cake when he comes back. The plan was jeopardized though. I lit the candles too early that they melted before Fluffy can blow them. :( Hah.

Then the following days were quite normal. We jogged to prepare for our 2nd PFT. Now I’m not going home again since I’ll be tomorrow’s duty computer.

Nice to know you’re having a great time! Sayang hindi ako naka-attend ng ToyCon with you guys, nagpaka-slave kasi ako ng Sabado.:D

Whoah what a busy weekend you had. I’m glad you had fun all the way, though, and I wish I could have visited Mall of Asia. It sounds interesting. Does it house a lot of international shops?
