Upgrading dilemna
I think I have recovered (a little) from my obviously lethargic condition during the past weeks - had it been 2 or 3 weeks? I was able to absorb some ideas about the SQL statements we should be executing to fix the tables. I should concentrate on learning SQL. Really. Since we were told to focus on the database migration project.
About my previously-handled project (DCIS), the external client boss proposed some changes and I already consulted my internal bosses. Now I need to extend about a week of my time for the changes. And to think that since we’re using Liferay, we should also test the version 3.5… Huhu… Well, that’s my discretion… but I think I’ve got to try 3.5. It has a lot of promising features. I downloaded it already but the webapp (together with the container JBoss+Tomcat) is over 90MB. Whaddaheck…
Btw, our PFT is on the 11th. I need fervent prayers.
