Duty troubles

Fang texted me last night if I know that I’m supposed to be the duty computer for today. I was utterly clueless so I texted my senior buddy about it. She confirmed it. It totally ruined my supposedly untainted, labor-free weekend. :(

I arrived at the office exactly 6 minutes before the start of my shift. There were some minor problems with the mail & proxy servers. The server hanged up and the outgoing duty could not reset it because he didn’t have logging access. Thankfully, after 30 minutes, some miracle happened solution worked, and we have working mail & proxy servers again.

Being the weekend duty isn’t totally bad at all (if not the other thing, which is totally good). Why? Because…

  1. I finished downloading the Beatallica mp3’s I saw on the net
  2. Downloaded Beck up to Chapter 57
  3. Got updated with Naruto scanlations
  4. Got some more manga to fill anticipated boredom
  5. And most importantly, got to change CurelessNET’s layout with my beloved Cliff Burton skin! :o

Early to bed, early to rise… I’m staying at the office again for the night. :) I hope the ‘mother & baby’ ghosts won’t show up…

    Yay thats so awesome you got the proxys back up again :D beck? Im still on volume 4 with that
