Work stuff: we’re going Internet?

I forgot to post yesterday cause I was already dozing at the office even before 5 pm.

We did a presentation in the afternoon at the Command Office’s conference room. I thought we were expecting people from the Doctrines but no one came. We discussed the system only by ourselves. It wasn’t impossible that several questions and suggestions came up.

We are to deploy the webapp to the internet but we need several additional resources and knowledge to implement that. First of all, at the moment, we are only serving intranet applications. Issues related to security measures should be foremostly considered if we were to go internet. Holy idol thinks we need people to study CISCO and UNIX. Ooops… I was there so I was offered first. I couldn’t say no. I mean I’m also interested in security stuff. So I said yes when they asked for my availability and willingness.

I hope things won’t turn out the way the PIS team did. They were leaping from one framework to another…
