Obsessions
What I’ve felt
What I’ve known
Never shined through in what I’ve shown
Never be
Never see
Won’t see what might have been…
Kyaaa~! I’m becoming Metallica’s returning new fangirl… I guess I’m entering a new level of musical appreciation… or perhaps, obsession. I just joined the Unforgiven Fanlisting.
I haven’t felt this kind of obsession in quite a long time already… I recall this similar feeling when I was in highschool during the Flame of Recca hype. GMA TV showed this Flame of Recca ad, more of a teaser, featuring a Bon Jovi song, The Blaze of Glory. Because I was so in love with the song, I bought the Bon Jovi Crossroads cd.
I also felt similarly with Laruku songs. Actually, most of the times I’m greatly craving for songs, I get satisfied with listening to L’arc~en~Ciel’s music. There’s also one time when I only wanted to hear X-Japan’s Forever Love on my audio player. Or the theme song of the Lavender, a Taiwanese soap opera, sung by Ambrose Xu…
… It’s hard to outgrow these things…
Right now, I’m using my workmate’s DSL connection (at their house) while blogging. I’ve been here before, same place where we played Digimon and Naruto.
There’s four of us in his room. One’s playing an online, DF-like game, Unification Wars, one’s taking a nap, the owner is playing Devil May Cry 2 while troubleshooting the spyware-infested PC, and one’s doing stuff with her laptop (that’s me!).
That’s the need to leisurize the weekend…
