Before I take the final plunge

This is gonna be my last weekend before I take the plunge - probably the 2nd to the final test of my chosen vocation. We need not undergo the basic military training (boot camp) which will be held in Tanay, Rizal since we already got our serial numbers. But this “in-house/in-compound” training, which will officially start on Tuesday is not actually giving me creeps, nerves, and all that psychological not to mention physical shivers.

I’m currently the person at the bottom of the training. Last Tuesday and Wednesday, we had taebo and laps, and I was the first one to bog down, just like in every jogging activity that we had. Surprisingly, I don’t feel much freaked to death whenever I realize that among my classmates, I’m most likely to back out from the training. Maybe it has something to do with handling my self-tantrums and worries. I matured, I guess.

I’ll be back home on March. Sixty days of training. I hope a lot about myself will change for better after that. I just pray that no enemies will be made, no grudges will be held, and no bloodshed will be wasted. (Just kidding on the last part. :D)

Only Kuro-chan is left among Mekon’s puppies. :( Shiroi was picked up two weeks ago, Chairo has a new “mom” since last week. Kuroi will be adopted soon. :(
