You heard that right. That's my AFP Serial Number. I'm now an official enlisted personnel of the Army. And I guess my hair now is cropped to its limit. Ooops, I'm not bald yet. :)

We've started jogging early in the morning last Tuesday. I'm the pacer since I'm the slowest. I finished the route during the first time. Although it felt like breathing the last breath after that.

The second time we jogged, leg muscles sore and aching from the first round, I didn't survive. So, together with another buddy, I just walked from half of the route till the end, running into a battalion of jogging soldiers, hearing them chanting "Ano ba yan (ano ba yan) Naglalakad (naglalakad)...", which was of course very embarassing on my part since I recognize some people from our office there, and I was wearing army short pants. Unknowingly, the others who got ahead of us were given a sort of punishment for playing around. Two counts, 10 GOOD repetitions of squat rush and mountain climbing. I got to join the latter exercise. Good repetitions only, meaning each time someone commits an error, we do the whole thing over and over again. :) I experienced this in highschool CAT when we had leadership training. Tiring and body trenching indeed.

The third and last time we jogged was this morning. Almost same route plus an added jog around the inner circle of the oval. Haha. I almost died out if my buddy didn't push my back several times. I like jogging with our tactical officer since she adjusts her pace to mine (I'm really slow). The people behind me are complaining about our jogging speed. But it seems like I was given an extra ounce of energy... just a very little extra energy, this morning. I hope I could do that again.

Next year, we'll be wearing BDA uniforms as part of the Army protocol. I can't wait. :)
