Most critiques I get from review sites reveal my middle, obscure place in the world of web designing and developing. Neither too good nor too bad. Just right there in the middle. That's why when I got CurelessNET's site review from Wicked Reviews, I can finally say, here's someone who actually likes my site.
I've long accepted that I never should really expect extraordinary attention to my site, especially that I've mixed my personality with it. I wanted excellent and striking designs but those never really represent myself. Thus, I'd rather look ugly and shabby than be pretentious. I'm not a technocrat to represent myself in those techy designs, nor a girly-girl to make fabulous swirly eye-candy layouts.
My site visitors' feedback are important to me, in a way that's comparable to my work in real life. If I hear something positive, that means I worked hard on something, it was recognized and it adds to my own satisfaction factor. Otherwise, I have to work harder, consider suggestions from other people, and if possible, avoid mistakes that I had committed.
Hearing criticisms not only gives me a chance to improve the physical aspects of my product or service, but also assures me that someone out there is concerned about my welfare, especially when the feedback was openly and voluntarily relayed.

Today is Reid Lee's debut! Man, I want my Belgian chocolates badly! They're supposedly my birthday present from you.
But since I can't send you present there, we're quits then. XD Just send them over as advance Christmas treat.
Happy birthday to Nina too. Surprisingly, she reads my blog! ![]()

Hear, hear~!
