Understanding
I believe people are educated in order to understand the things going around on in this world. Some people just can’t seem to get why some things happen. They often get to conclusions and shut their minds to what they believe is right.
I had this question running in my mind for more than 2 years now. This was an unanswered question posed to me by my Philo teacher during our Junior year. Why do you value a person? It’s a living thing, same as a tree and the grasses. Does it take you longer to think about walking on a grassy field than hurting another person? The answer is no. And it’s because we value a person more than we value the grasses on a field. Now why?
