I rushed to the boarding house this morning, got soaked in rain and told Aling Cora about my plans. Wala lang… as if nothing happened.

I passed by a vet clinic in Marikina to inquire about Mekon’s condition. It’d be better, she told me if I could bring the doggie there. So I did bring Mekon there and they’re quite shocked. (I know, I know…) She’s non-pedigree (AS-KAL - asong kalye) and has serious skin problems. The vet diagnosed mites as the cause of the allergy. It’s the counterpart of scabies on humans. She was given vaccine for the allergy and the de-worm formula. And she’ll be taking medicine starting tomorrow. I hope she gets better in the coming days…
