Cureless

I was excited (not to mention, nervous) learning that we’ll start with the feeding program today for the Philo 102 class. They chose me as the leader and I can’t protest cause it was a majority vote. ~_~

We just planned everything yesterday, from the food, expenses, transpo, etc. Shopping for the ingredients of the planned spaghetti for 50 people was quite tiring. But since there were 3 of us (plus Jenny Vi who was kind enough to donate 2 more spaghetti sauce) we finished shopping at 9 pm.

Woke up at 7, reminded everyone of the meeting place. I cut my Electromagnetics class just to be with the group (of 4 btw since most backed out).

And so wee reached Pasig, abounded by factories and warehouses. Seeing the scenery from the 6th floor of the school building, Anton even commented that it looked like Japan because of the environment.

The feeding was fine. The kids were well-behaved and teachers helped us in administering the food.

Going home was rather frustrating cause the taxi cabs would back out upon knowing where we wanted to be dropped off. Thank goodness there was one conscientious driver. ;_;

I only failed to attend the Arnold Arre talk.

Btw, here’s a pic of my folks, taken 20 years ago. ^_^ My Mama (grandma) told me I was “made in Baguio“. Well, I think this one’s what she’s talking about. *grin* This pic was taken in Baguio around February 6-13 during my parents’ collegiate tour. And uhhmmm, counting until November 10, my birthday, I found it exactly to be a 9-month period!

I find this sooo cute! Hihihi!!!
